In The Mirror I See Life

What do I see when I look in the mirror many different things. Years that have passed by sadness and happiness. Our faces show so much about us , that if you really read them, you can almost tell what is happening at that very moment.
In myself it tells me how things in my life are affecting me and possible my health. I see a reflection of my inner thoughts and disappointments. Expression of love and caring for someone and most of all for myself.
We often forget about ourselves in this busy and at times sad world. Looking in the mirror can tell you to take time to address your needs and take the time to be happy.
We must not forget to take pride in ourselves fix our hair and make up and take pride in how we look no matter how old we are. Lines and wrinkles give us character show we have knowledge and have learned a great deal from hard times. “ Well, I guess to much sun also.“
Looking in the mirror tells a lot if you really give it deep thought and I think we should. If you find you don’t like what you see then make a change, the ability to do that is always there and the courage is there also.
